1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and US Tax University ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all of its contents, features, and functionality—including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, graphics, user interfaces, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof—are owned by US Tax University, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Course Materials: The video lessons, PDFs, practice files, quizzes, and any other materials provided within the Tutor LMS dashboard ("Course Materials") are strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Downloading, copying, or redistributing Course Materials in any way.
• Recording, screen-capturing, or reproducing video lessons.
• Sharing your login credentials or Course Materials with others.
• Using Course Materials to create competing courses or training programs.

Violation of these intellectual property rights will result in immediate account termination without refund and may lead to legal action.

4. Payments & Pricing

Certain features of the Site, including access to paid courses, may require payment. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are processed securely via our authorized payment gateway partners (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe).
• You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will only apply to future purchases and will not affect courses you have already purchased.
• Access to a paid course is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation from our payment gateway via WooCommerce.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all courses.

• If you feel the course is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing us at info@ustaxuniversity.com.
• To be eligible, your request must be made within 7 days, and you should not have completed more than 25% of the course content.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• No refunds will be issued after the 7-day period has expired.

6. Certificates

Upon successful completion of a course, you may be issued a digital Certificate of Completion via the Tutor LMS platform. You acknowledge and agree that:

• The certificate indicates that you have completed the course curriculum and does not grant any formal academic degree, license, or professional certification (such as a US CPA license or EA designation).
• You may display the certificate on your LinkedIn profile, resume, or portfolio to showcase your skills to potential employers.
• You may not alter, forge, or misrepresent the certificate or the credentials it represents.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
• Transmitting any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive nature.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Site, servers, or networks connected to the Site.
• Using any automated system, including robots, spiders, or scrapers, to access the Site.
• Harassing, abusing, or harming other students or instructors in course discussion areas or Q&A sections.
• Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE.
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE.
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SITE.
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC COURSE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. US Tax University and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Ahmedabad,Gujarat,India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
